Basketball Recap: Copiah Academy Skates Past Porter's Chapel Academy with Ease

Copiah Academy had to skate by with only a one-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 61-point drubbing they dealt Porter's Chapel Academy on Monday. The Colonels took their contest with ease, bagging an 82-21 win over the Eagles. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 57-13.

Leading Copiah Academy to victory were Wyatt Foster and Trax Kitchens. Foster posted 17 points, while Kitchens put up 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Woodberry, who earned nine points.
