Volleyball Recap: Mckay Falls to South Salem in First Game of Season

McKay had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Salem Saxons on Thursday.

McKay was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made South Salem work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-13, 22-25, 27-25.

The win keeps South Salem at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, South Salem will take on Nelson at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. McKay will be paying especially close attention to the Saxons' matchup: after the Saxons faces off against Cascade, they'll take on McKay again at 7:00 p.m. on May 6.
