Volleyball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss

Forest Park lost against Charles J. Colgan back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bruins fell 3-1 to the Sharks.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Charles J. Colgan scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-22, 19-25, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Forest Park still got an impressive performance from Emerson O'Connor, who had seven kills and five blocks.

Forest Park's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Charles J. Colgan, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Forest Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Gar-Field on the 25th. As for Charles J. Colgan, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Georgetown Visitation Prep on the 27th.
