Soccer Recap: Opelika Comes Up Short

If Opelika was riding high fresh off their 9-0 takedown of Beauregard last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs lost 10-0 to the Smiths Station Panthers on Tuesday. Opelika were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than four goals in the three contests prior), but Smiths Station's defense proved too tough.
