Clarkson/Leigh won the last time they faced Arlington and things went their way on Monday too. The Patriots put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win.

Clarkson/Leigh walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12, 25-18.

Ava Kasik paced Clarkson/Leigh's offense, picking up 18 kills. Kasik got some help from Kendall Schneider and her 43 assists. Kasik was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Clarkson/Leigh has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-9 record this season. As for Arlington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-21 record this season.

Clarkson/Leigh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Boone Central on the 28th. Arlington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
