Soccer Game Preview: Solon vs. Twinsburg

The Solon Comets are taking a road trip to take on the Twinsburg Tigers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Solon is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

Solon saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They skirted past North 2-1. Solon haven't had any issues with North recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Twinsburg duked it out with Mayfield on Wednesday. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 2-1. Mario Sanders had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Twinsburg.

Solon's record is now 11-5-1. As for Twinsburg, their record now sits at 12-3-2.
