Basketball Recap: Rainier Christian Takes a Loss

Rainier Christian won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Monday. They took a blow against the Auburn Adventist Falcons, falling 76-36. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now lost six in a row.

Rainier Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Auburn Adventist, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Rainier Christian won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Puget Sound Adventist at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Auburn Adventist, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Concrete at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
