Timpview has gone 6-1 against Wasatch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Timpview Thunderbirds will head out on the road to square off against the Wasatch Wasps at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Timpview's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 13 games.

Timpview is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Salem Hills: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Timpview blew Salem Hills out of the water with a 72-44 final score. Given the Thunderbirds' advantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked second, while the Skyhawks are ranked 65th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Wasatch came up short against Springville on Friday and fell 68-56. While the Wasps didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Red Devils 15-11 in the first quarter.

Timpview pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.8 points. As for Wasatch, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Timpview strolled past Wasatch in their previous matchup on January 10th by a score of 65-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for Timpview since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
