Largo never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 9-0 margin over the Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate Phoenix. Considering the Packers have won five matches by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Largo saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brady Ahlers, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Largo's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Largo didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-5 defeat against Hollins on the 7th.
