Fort Recovery not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since August 30th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Wapakoneta Redskins as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Indians as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Fort Recovery's got stronger as the match went on, holding Wapakoneta to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-18, 25-3.

Bridget Homan paced Fort Recovery's offense, picking up 11 kills. Homan got some help from Kayden Ranly and her 24 assists. Ranly was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

Fort Recovery's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Wapakoneta, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Fort Recovery didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Fort Loramie on the 23rd. As for Wapakoneta, they will welcome Shawnee at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
