Basketball Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

After soaring to 60 points the game before, St. Patrick was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against the Holmes Bulldogs, falling 74-30. The Saints were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in December of 2018.

St. Patrick dropped their record down to 2-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Holmes, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

St. Patrick wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 66-44 defeat against Calvary Christian on the 25th. Holmes has also already played their next matchup (against Pendleton County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
