Volleyball Game Preview: North Central Panthers vs. Traders Point Christian Knights

The North Central Panthers will venture away from home to take on the Traders Point Christian Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

North Central lost 3-0 to Franklin Central on Friday. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

North Central might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Franklin Central: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Traders Point Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Pike, falling 3-0.

While Traders Point Christian ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20, 25-22.

Traders Point Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for North Central, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
