Basketball Game Preview: Memphis Home Education Association vs. St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles

Memphis Home Education Association will venture away from home to square off against the St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Memphis Home Education Association will be strutting in after a win while St. Benedict at Auburndale will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Saturday, Memphis Home Education Association sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 61-59 victory over Rivercrest. Given Memphis Home Education Association's advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 18th in Tennessee, while Rivercrest is ranked 84th in Arkansas), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, St. Benedict at Auburndale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against Memphis University School, falling 85-42.

The win made it two in a row for Memphis Home Education Association and bumps their season record up to 20-4. As for St. Benedict at Auburndale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-15.
