Maynard never let their opponents score on Monday. Everything went their way against the Murdock Blue Devils as they made off with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won ten games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Haley Carroll was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryleigh Raschi, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Maynard was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .382. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Murdock only posted a batting average of .087.
