Basketball Recap: Natoma Comes Up Short

Natoma was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Lincoln Leopards 62-13. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 80-22 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

They used a three-pronged attack on offense: Brody Conlin, Colton Prowse, and Hayden Alexander posted three points each. Charlie Chen held things down on the boards with three rebounds.

Natoma's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lincoln, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Natoma will head out to challenge Chase at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against LaCrosse on January 7, 2025.
