Volleyball Recap: Seabreeze Takes a Loss

Seabreeze was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Atlantic Sharks. The Sandcrabs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Sharks earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Alexandria Dingman paced Seabreeze's offense, picking up seven kills. Dingman got some help from Olivia Chase and her nine assists. Pearl Kelly controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Seabreeze's defeat dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Atlantic, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.

While Seabreeze had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
