Yarmouth has gone 10-0 against Poland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Yarmouth Clippers will be playing at home against the Poland Knights at 6:30 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Yarmouth was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 46-41 to Freeport. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Clippers came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while the Falcons are ranked 111th).

Meanwhile, Poland hadn't done well against Cape Elizabeth recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Poland managed a 70-64 victory over Cape Elizabeth.

Poland has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.4 points per game. As for Yarmouth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.
