Hassid came up big in Greeneview's 9-2 victory
While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Nick Hassid. On Tuesday he was dialed in and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. He played a big game the last time he faced Greenon, so the team probably should've seen him coming.
Hassid and Greeneview will be playing at home against Southeastern Local at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Greeneview is 9-1 against Southeastern Local going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
