Volleyball Recap: Grosse Ile Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Grosse Ile entered their tilt with Taylor on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Griffins. The Red Devils not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 22nd (when they won 3-0).

Grosse Ile's got stronger as the match went on, holding Taylor to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-14.

Grosse Ile's victory bumped their record up to 16-13. As for Taylor, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Grosse Ile will venture away from home to take on Robichaud at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Taylor, they will head out to square off against Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
