Basketball Recap: Gore Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Gore had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 35-24 victory over the Braggs Wildcats on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pirates also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Gore's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Braggs, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Gore will take on Arkoma in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Braggs, they will venture away from home to face off against Webbers Falls at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
