Soccer Recap: Sullivan Comes Up Short

Sullivan lost against Vincennes Rivet back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Arrows lost 5-1 to the Patriots. Sullivan have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Ebony Watkins, which was the first she's scored this season.

Sullivan's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Vincennes Rivet, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Sullivan will welcome West Vigo at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Sullivan their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Vincennes Rivet, they will venture away from home to square off against Terre Haute South Vigo at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
