Soccer Game Preview: West Chicago vs. Ridgewood

The West Chicago Wildcats will challenge the Ridgewood Rebels at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. West Chicago's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Thursday just wasn't the day for West Chicago's offense. They fell 2-0 to Glenbard South on Thursday.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in April, Ridgewood was forced to settle for a draw on Wednesday. Neither they nor Northside could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

West Chicago's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1-2 and their overall record down to 4-6-5. Ridgewood's draw makes their record 1-11-3 this season.
