Softball Recap: Osceola Comes Up Short

Osceola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 12-0 to the Somerset Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 last Tuesday.

Osceola's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Somerset, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Osceola didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-1 defeat against Onalaska on the 12th. As for Somerset, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-2 victory against River Falls on the 11th.
