Volleyball Recap: DeLand-Weldon Takes a Loss + How To Watch

DeLand-Weldon was the 2-1 winner over Judah Christian when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Tribe by a score of 2-1 on Thursday.

DeLand-Weldon started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-18, 25-20.

DeLand-Weldon's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Judah Christian, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. DeLand-Weldon will take on Calvary Christian Academy in a tournament on Saturday. As for Judah Christian, they will head out to take on Oakwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
