After flying high against Winnetonka on Tuesday, Central came back down to earth. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Oak Park Northmen on Thursday. The Indians' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Central was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 25-19.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Oak Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Central will face off against Northland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Oak Park, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lincoln College Prep on the 19th.
