Soccer Recap: Priory Finishes Even with King's Academy

For the first time this season, Priory was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the King's Academy Knights could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Jack Nuttall was the only thing that stood between Priory and a shutout considering he scored both of Priory's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

Priory's draw makes their record 4-2-1 this season. As for King's Academy, they moved theirs to 5-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Priory will face off against Sacred Heart Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for King's Academy, they will take on Harker at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Harker is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
