Volleyball Recap: Lockport Comes Up Short

Lockport saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Naperville North Huskies by a score of 2-1. The Porters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their offense was headlined by Hunter Fash and Adam Gieser, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Ryan Dziadkowiec and his 11 assists. He was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Lockport's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Naperville North, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.

Lockport has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against West Aurora on the 3rd. As for Naperville North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Minooka on the 3rd.
