Volleyball Recap: Grain Valley Find Success

The Grain Valley Eagles were able to grind out a solid victory over the Battle Spartans on Wednesday, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Jordan Jackson paced Grain Valley's offense, picking up ten kills. Jackson got some help from Tyler Hoyt and his 13 assists.

Grain Valley now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Battle, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6-1.

Grain Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Lee's Summit North on the 2nd. As for Battle, they are taking a road trip to square off against Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
