Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Home Wins for Making Waves Academy

There's no place like home for Making Waves Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bentley Phoenix by a score of 3-1 on Thursday.

Making Waves Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-16, 25-11, 25-20.

Henry Alfaro paced Making Waves Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Alfaro got some help from Vicente Palma and his 23 assists. Finally, Vicente Toledo kept Making Waves Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
