The Lake Havasu Knights will head out on the road to square off against the Sierra Linda Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lake Havasu is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 30 points per game this season.

Lake Havasu will head out to face Sierra Linda after giving up their first home loss of the season on Thursday. The Knights took a 13-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of North. The contest marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Lake Havasu didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Vivian Velazquez, Bryn Farshler, and Tima Atassi picked up one apiece. Velazquez is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as she's now made five or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Sierra Linda's offense. They took a blow against North on Tuesday, falling 50-0. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona flag football rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Mustangs are ranked 31st).

Sierra Linda's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Lake Havasu, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-2.

Lake Havasu strolled past Sierra Linda when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a score of 16-0. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
