Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Benbrook). They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 48-6 victory over the Venus Bulldogs. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-6.

Benbrook found their leader in sophomore Carlos Harris, who rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. That's the most rushing yards Harris has posted since back in September. Brady Gordon was another key player, rushing for 72 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.

Benbrook was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 258 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 199 rushing yards in three consecutive games.
