However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Spartans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Durham Academy Cavaliers at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

It was a classic North v. South duel when Southern School of Energy and Sustainability duked it out with Northern Durham on Wednesday. Southern School of Energy and Sustainability might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 16-1 to Northern Durham, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Cassie Stallone was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.

Durham Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Southern School of Energy and Sustainability, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
