Softball Recap: Eagleton College & Career Academy's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Eagleton College & Career Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Seymour Eagles by a score of 15-10.

Kyla Long made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and seven unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with five RBI and one double.

In other batting news, Karli Brabson was a standout: she scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-5. Emma Garrett was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI.
