Volleyball Recap: North Brunswick Takes a Loss

North Brunswick and Garner squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but North Brunswick had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Trojans. The Scorpions just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

North Brunswick took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Chloe Stewart and Madison Force, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Addie Inskeep and her eight assists.

North Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Garner, they pushed their record up to 17-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

North Brunswick does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Garner, they will square off against Cleveland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
