Wildwood took down Newark Academy 49-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Wesley Hills ran for 234 yards in the win.
Clayton and Palmyra played the most hotly contested game in West Jersey - Classic this week, with Clayton eventually emerging with a 26-21 victory.
Kahlil Gittings made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Warriors defeated the Minutemen. The 5-foot-10 sophomore forced one fumble.
Ryan Noon put up the best numbers through the air as Pitman topped Riverside. He finished with a total of four completions for 54 yards and one touchdown. Noon's favorite target this week was Tyler Polillo, who caught two passes for 40 yards.
Ben Boyer was the best wideout in the league this week as Gloucester City bested Woodstown. Boyer tallied one reception for 57 yards. Justin McCleery helped Gloucester City's passing attack out by catching one ball for 25 yards.
Pennsville Memorial's Dylan Cummings and Drew Burdsall have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Cummings has thrown for 1310 yards this season, while Burdsall, a 5-foot-7 receiver, has 57 catches for 781 yards. Hills from Wildwood leads the league in rushing with 1882 yards.
A big matchup in West Jersey - Classic this week will be when the Eagles take on the Lions. Pennsville Memorial is in third place, while Gloucester City is in first place.
Rich Hans' team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Newark Academy. Hills in the win.
