Basketball Recap: Orofino Comes Up Short

Orofino lost against Prairie back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Orofino Maniacs lost to the Prairie Pirates on the road by a 46-29 margin. The match marked the Maniacs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Orofino is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13. As for Prairie, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Orofino will be playing in front of their home fans against Grangeville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Orofino is facing Grangeville at the right time seeing as Grangeville is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Prairie, they will venture away from home to square off against Kendrick at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
