Basketball Recap: David Anderson Starts off Right with Win over Windham + How To Watch

David Anderson gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They took down the Windham Bombers 52-34.

David Anderson had a senior duo take command as Jayden Smyth went 6-for-7 en route to 14 points along with five assists and five boards and Lylah Brown posted 14 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Brown has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Bridgett Newbold, who earned ten points.

David Anderson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 47-23 victory against Bridgeport on the 26th. As for Windham, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Memorial at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
