Baseball Recap: Lennard Longhorns vs. King Lions
Lennard lost against King last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Lennard fell just short of King by a score of 5-4. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Christian Skaggs was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
