Basketball Recap: Juarez Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Juarez can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Kenwood Broncos and fell 120-34. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 584th in Illinois, while the Broncos are ranked first in Illinois).

Juarez's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Kenwood, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 28-1.

As of now, neither Juarez nor Kenwood have any future games scheduled.
