It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Upper Cape Cod RVT had no problem doing just that on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the East Boston Jets. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matches by eight runs or more this season.

Upper Cape Cod RVT is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for East Boston, they moved to 10-11 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Coming up, Upper Cape Cod RVT will take on Seekonk on Monday. East Boston does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
