Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Rachel Connors stepped things up a notch to give Perry the 'W'. Connors did her part (and then some), firing off two home runs and three RBI while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances for the 'W'.
Connors' strong effort led Perry over Chandler and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Perry is 9-1 against Chandler going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
