Volleyball Recap: Regent Prep Comes Up Short

Regent Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Metro Christian Patriots, falling 3-0. Regent Prep was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Metro Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Regent Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Metro Christian, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Regent Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against McAlester on the 29th. As for Metro Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Holland Hall on the 28th.
