Sci-Tech waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ludlow Lions. The CyberCats were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Lions, so the CyberCats were just returning the favor.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-7, 25-19.

Sci-Tech's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jadiel Rodriguez, who had 14 kills, eight digs, and two aces. Rodriguez is crushing it when it comes to kills: he's had at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jason Starzyk, who had ten kills, seven digs, and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Sci-Tech was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Sci-Tech's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Ludlow, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Sci-Tech has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Springfield International Charter School on the 23rd. Ludlow has also already played their next match (against Putnam Vo-Tech), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
