Soccer Recap: East View Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for East View after they claimed the first goal on Friday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Pflugerville Panthers by a score of 2-1. East View's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

East View's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Pflugerville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Looking ahead, East View will head out on the road to take on Pflugerville Connally at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pflugerville, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Weiss at 7:15 p.m. on February 10.
