Basketball Recap: Seagraves Takes a Loss

Seagraves was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Plains Cowboys and fell 55-9. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1226th, while the Cowboys are ranked 293rd).

Seagraves' loss dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Plains, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Seagraves does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plains, they will welcome McCamey at 7:45 p.m. on Monday.
