Word of God Academy came tearing into Monday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Psalms Christian Academy Ambassadors. Leah Daugherty made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over six innings pitched.
