Soccer Game Preview: McKenzie vs. Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central

McKenzie is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Thursday. They will head out to square off against the Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers at 6:00 p.m. McKenzie will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.

McKenzie is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Clarksburg 10-1 on Monday.

McKenzie's offense was hitting Clarksburg from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Guillermo Hickman led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Clarksburg.

The win got McKenzie back to even at 1-1-2. As for Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
