Volleyball Game Preview: Southeast Polk Rams vs. Ankeny Centennial Jaguars

Southeast Polk is 0-10 against Ankeny Centennial since September of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Rams will head out to face off against the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m.

Southeast Polk came up short against Ankeny Centennial last Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 25-15.

Southeast Polk better keep an eye on Mya Lei Butters. She was instrumental in Ankeny Centennial's win, getting six digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Lei Butters a new career-high.

Ankeny Centennial was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Southeast Polk's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Ankeny Centennial, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-5 record this season.
