Cherokee strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Middle Township Panthers 10-1. The Chiefs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by seven runs or more this season.

Henry Radbill spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 13 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Alex Odud, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nathan Linden, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Cherokee kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in six consecutive matches.

Cherokee's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-0. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Middle Township, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.

Cherokee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 win against Bordentown on the 3rd. Middle Township has also already played their next game (against Egg Harbor Township), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
