Basketball Recap: LaGrange Comes Up Short

LaGrange was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 42-31 to the Upson-Lee Knights. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-37 back in January.

LaGrange's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Upson-Lee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.

LaGrange will welcome Spalding at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. LaGrange is facing Spalding at the right time seeing as Spalding is stuck on a six-game losing streak. Upson-Lee has already played their next matchup, a 53-42 defeat against Lamar County on the 1st.
